Parker W. Neely, Jr., Partner Founder of Centurion Partners, LLC in 2002, Mr. Neely has been a successful principal in commercial real estate development and related investment partnerships for the past
twenty-five years. A graduate of the School of Engineering at Mississippi
State University, Mr. Neely has been a general contractor for over twenty
years and was previously the founder and president of Centurion
Corporation, a general contracting firm providing construction services
throughout the United States. Mr. Neely also founded Centurion Development
Corporation which
specializes in
developing single-tenant and multi-tenant properties from 1989 until 2002.
Mr. Neely, as principal, is now developing properties under the Centurion
Partners name in recognition of its internal and external partnership
alliances. |

John R. Shell, Chief Operating Officer & Partner Mr. Shell is a graduate of the
University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters
Degree in Land Use Planning. He began his commercial real estate career
with Homart Development Company, and later became Vice President/Virginia
Partner for Faison Associates. In 1988 Mr. Shell joined Charter Properties
as Vice President, and in 1995, he became president of McGuire Properties.
In 2004, John joined Centurion Partners to lead the development activities
of the corporate office. John has been responsible for the development of
over 3.5 million square feet of office and industrial building and over 3
million square feet of retail properties. Mr. Shell is a former Regional
President of NAIOP and President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board
of Realtors, also serving on the national Board of Directors of TCN
Worldwide Real Estate Services. |

Elizabeth A. Oates, Chief Financial Officer & Partner Ms. Oates is a certified public accountant and graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Since 2002, Ms. Oates has been the controller and property manager for Centurion Partners, managing all of the financial, budgeting, analytical and forecasting functions for the company. Prior to joining Centurion Partners, Ms. Oates was the controller for a mid-sized residential home builder. Ms. Oates is a member of the ICSC.

Donna D. Neely, C0-Founder Donna D. Neely, a product of the University of Alabama, holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, and was a principle and leasing manager at the inception of Centurion Partners. Donna holds a Broker-In-Charge license in North Carolina, is an active member of ICSC and remains an active real estate investor with Centurion Partners. Donna is an experienced cost analyst with over twenty years experience in the development and construction industry, and is also a nationally recognized architectural photographer whose work has been frequently published. Donna is a founding partner of Centurion.

Garry E.
Adams, Partner Mr. Adams has more than twenty years of highly successful and diversified experience in development for expansion of multi-unit growth companies with extensive experience in commercial real estate and negotiation strategy. Over his years of experience he has established strong relationships with key landlords, developers, commercial real estate brokers and national retailers. As the President of Capital Realty, Inc. his client list includes Safeway, Walgreens, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo. In his career, Mr. Adams has served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, National Director of Real Estate for Kinko’s, Inc., Regional Director of Real Estate for Eckerd Corporation, as well as Director of Real Estate for Boston Market. Mr. Adams is a graduate of The University of Alabama and a Certified Public Accountant. |

Michael R. Grace, Director of Development Mr. Grace is a graduate from Duke University with a major in Economics. Michael entered the real estate industry working for companies including the The Argent Group of Chicago, InSite Real Estate in Chicago, and The Keith Corporation of Charlotte. His past responsibilities have included commercial development and construction, build-to-suit development, and brokerage. Mr. Grace then went on to found Grace Development Corp. of Charlotte, NC, focusing on retail development, brokerage and consulting. Mr. Grace joined Centurion Partners in January 2008 and is responsible for managing business development and client relationships, site selection, acquisition, project planning, entitlements and construction.

Philip L. Corriher, Director of Leasing Mr. Corriher is responsible for leasing retail real estate projects and out parcel sales as well as land disposition. Prior to joining Centurion Partners Philip was Vice President of Retail with the Charlotte office of Commercial Carolina Corporation, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, and prior to that was with Norcom Properties as an associate. Mr. Corriher received a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has a real estate broker's license for North Carolina and is a founding member for several professional organizations. |

Meena Daya, Accounting Manager & Financial Analyst Mrs. Daya is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management. Since 1999, she has held Business Management and Accounting positions with Pomeroy Computer Resources and System 5 Technologies, Inc. in the Charlotte area. In 2003, she became the accountant for CentDev Properties in Cornelius, NC. Mrs. Daya joined Centurion Partners in 2005 as the Accounting Manager to handle the financial transactions for our retail and build-to-suit projects. |

Raquel L. Bliss, Marketing Manager & Leasing Agent Ms. Bliss is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Business and a concentration in Marketing. Ms. Bliss is responsible for the marketing and leasing of newly developed retail and commercial space, future developments, and franchisor marketing responsibilities of the restaurant concept “The Little Dooey BBQ and Blues”. Ms. Bliss is also in charge of the management of all of Centurion Partners’ retail projects and assists in the purchasing and selling of each. Ms. Bliss is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. |

John Blakely (Blake) Shell, Sales & Leasing Agent Mr. Blake Shell is a new addition to the Centurion Partners team serving as a project manager responsible for leasing. He is a graduate of the Croft Institute at the University of Mississippi with a degree in International Studies and French. Mr. Shell joins Centurion having a four year background as a supervisor with a transportation and logistics company. Mr. Shell is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
